Post Rehab'n for Sails
I know the official countdown doesn't start yet.
But mine did
Shoulder bothered me since the fall (cortisone injection got me through one Harkers trip) - but it was still was getting worse. So I bit the bullet and had shoulder surgery yesterday.
Physical therapist today commented that I seemed very motivated - I explained it in three words: Casa Vieja - March.
I will be counting the days, and monitoring my recovery!
Cutter volunteerd to fill my spot, so I count on no support from him
With all the ice here, and cold at CBBT - I may not be missing much in the meantime.

Wow...that sucks...I know the feeling

Hope the recovery does the job.... 2 months just might do it.....lets hope so....

They have some great pain medicine made just north-east of you in Delaware.....a bit sharky though....seems to work for me :D

I prescribe: 3 doses of 90 minute taken at least once a day....drain the bottle, you need to take it all. Continue this for a week...
after 1 week you can move down to 3 doses of 60 minutes taken at least once a day...this should be taken for one month
after the month + one week, alternate weekly between the 2 prescriptions, increase the dosage for pain, irritability or just plane old age
the night before the flight, take 1 dose of 120 minute...it will help you sleep....

Once you arrive, we will take care of the rest!

He will rehab just fine. The above Rx would get him in a bit of trouble tho'.

Feel better Dave.
