11/6 HRBT and Lafayette River (NIT)

Afternoon ebb tide trips to NIT and HRBT today. All fly fishing. Too many boats at both spots! Don't folks have jobs? 
It is a weekday! Now I remember why I pay the toll to go to the Eastern Shore!
AT HRBT got a few dink stripers on sinking line mummichog Clouser. Did not see anyone else catch a fish. Even Speck Master Carl Herring was there. So the fly rod ruled!
At NIT it was all the spike trout you wanted. Almost every cast. Fun on a 5-weight. Same fly.
